The first time I met this guy I thought “wow this dude is sharp”.

And he truly is.

I was in San Francisco at this conference last month. I actually shared some of the experience with you.

Well at some point during the event there was a fun exercise.

Mark Hoverson, Ann Sieg, Mike Klingler and Adam Holland each took up a corner in the room and in just a few minutes taught something of value pertaining to their expertise to the four teams of people who would circle around them.

That was actually quite fun to witness. And I was fortunate to actually capture one of the sessions on camera.

I had never heard of this guy except that we both shared 9th and 10th place on the leadership board of Jonathan Budd’s last product launch affiliate contest.

So it was actually a great pleasure to meet my rival then with whom I ended up sharing the two prizes or should I say we both got each of the two prizes because our numbers were the same.

I think we had it best.

Well, he is now my friend and I really want to introduce you to him, so that you can exclaim the same thing I did once you hear from him.

Check out this awesome video below for inspiration. I had an amazing experience last year with most of these and more amazing other leader women and the BraveHeart Community.

I had so much fun today at the Oceanography in Valencia, Spain which apparently is the second biggest in whole Europe. It was soo beautiful and the architecture amazing as well. And I absolutely fell in love with the Beluga. Its nick name is “sea canary” because of it’s strong vocals when it decides to get heard. I spent perhaps a whole hour watching it swim in a serene, peaceful and such graceful fashion in it’s space. It was truly the most fascinating experience ever.

Once I review the footage from my camera I will most definitely share it with you.

Today, I want to prepare you for something big that’s coming up tomorrow. So, look for an email from me, I would like to say in the morning, but it’s my birthday and I am not sure what surprises might jump out at me, so let’s just say tomorrow some time.

I’ve got an announcement to make to my wonderful Renegade family! But first I’m going to go back in time and share a little bit of history.

Many of you know that I have been working together with Mike Klingler since late 2005 when he was still training the old school of network marketing ways to the community at the time with the membership site MannaCoach. At that time I was the support administrator and was also sending your information packs to your prospects. (remember those DVD’s, CD’s and personalized letters ?) We did cold calls together and held each other accountable. Those were some fine times that blessed me with the opportunity to improve my connecting skills on the phone and grow in so many other ways.

Then about three years ago I became social media and business consultant for Marketing Merge. Mike Klingler and I together with a one other person on the team Tami, our web develop at the time, worked toward building the system you have all gotten to love and know so well, Renegade University and Renegade Professional.

For a while I was also the customer support, the administrator and the tech person of the company. And as we began to grow faster I went into team building mode and started looking for and ended up finding and training a great support team of people who you have all interacted with in one way or another or have heard about.

First to join our support desk was the incredible Barbara Silva who was also the first one to apply and be accepted as a Super Guide right before that. She was shortly after joined by our amazing Australian princess Deborah Marsden. And for a short period the very autonomous and fun Eric Walker was also working at the support desk.

A year later Barbara moved into creating the best coaching program available online, and it has been an amazing journey and a pleasure to have supported her and the development of the platform and program from the technical and business standpoint.

As you all very well know, later on we moved into intense 9 month launch process with Ann Sieg and her team, and created the biggest launch our industry had seen with $1.2 million in 72 hours. This took tremendous amount of focus, dedication and sanity or maybe I should say insanity. These 9 months of intense 12-16 and sometimes longer hours labor days that continued for a few more months after the launch is a period of my life I will never forget, and would always be grateful that I experienced. It has been one of the fastest growing and skills building times I’ve been through. I learned a lot about business, marketing, building teams, collaboration, creation and brainstorming, organizing product launches and launching them. I learned a lot about different dynamics, and cultures in teams and the different types of success mindset. I improved my skills with working with web developers, designers and also learned how to and how not to work with people and of course I am still learning.

After the launch things were extremely busy and my dedication to the marketing, support, development of new projects was fully and 100% devoted to Marketing Merge.

In August of 2009 I was officially employed by the company, and that was a huge achievement for me and the goals I had and how I wanted to continue supporting the vision of it. In the following months I focused my attention on accommodating an extremely successful launch of Coaching Cognition, setting up the beautiful live event in Portland, OR many of you had the pleasure to attend, and later on helping with the launch of Leadership Branding for Direct Response by Mark Hoverson, while on the side working as support for a few still in the process of creation projects you will be hearing about soon:). A couple of these projects striked a beautiful business trip to Bulgaria to meet with the new developing team I connected with Marketing Merge, now working on brining you these projects.

So why am I writing about all of this?

Many of you have gotten to know me because of my work at Marketing Merge, Renegade Professional and all of it’s existing departments. Whether you met me on the support desk when it was just me. Or you watched one of my tutorials inside the back office, or you heard me speak at the Live Event or at RenegadeProfessionalNews.com. I want to say that I am blessed to have been a part of this wonderful journey, to have provided as much value as I have been able to and hopefully I have helped you move forward with your business in some way.

I have gotten to know and love so many of you in this wonderful community and I feel very honored to be a part of it.

So, I would like to announce today that on April 6th I am officially leaving my position and I no longer work with or for Marketing Merge.

This is a decision that I am in peace with and I have no hard feelings.

Mike is transforming the Marketing Merge’s emerging new team and I am excited and looking forward to seeing all the beautiful things that continue to happen with this company.

I would like you to know that even though I may not continue working directly with Marketing Merge I will continue to provide value and support to you as I have done in the past few years. My journey as a solo-preneur is just beginning and I will be investing my full time attention to developing training, systems and products that will serve you and your business.

I am a passionate entrepreneur and have now faced the opportunity to fully embrace that passion.

Just read this post from April of 2010 and I am wowed.
